Who is the Therizinosaurus ? The Therizinosaurus is one of the most intriguing and terrifying creatures featured in Jurassic World: Dominion . Unlike most carnivorous dinosaurs portrayed in the franchise, it possesses unique characteristics that make it visually unmistakable—especially its enormous, curved, razor-sharp claws, which can exceed one meter in length. Although classified as a herbivore, its appearance and territorial behavior make it a truly unpredictable and formidable threat. In the film, the Therizinosaurus plays a central role in one of the story’s most intense scenes, showcasing its strength, imposing presence, and aggressive instincts while defending its territory. Its calculated movements, combined with its heightened senses, create an almost silent yet deadly presence. It represents the core idea of Jurassic World : the power of nature when it cannot be controlled.
