Tamiya Mini 4WD PROTO-SABER EVOLUTION PREMIUM (AR CHASSIS)

—

Length: 155 mm. Image shows painted and assembled kit. A Premium Evolution This assembly kit model recreates a Premium version of the popular Mini 4WD racer Proto-Saber Evolution, a car that belonged to the character "J" in the Japanese Mini 4WD cartoon "Let's and Go!!" Mounted upon the aerodynamically efficient AR chassis, the Proto-Saber Evolution body features a jutting nose section and bulging front fenders, with the cockpit section sweeping majestically back into the rear wing end plates. Molded in purple, the body is joined by metallic type stickers, and can even be used with the MA, VS and Super-II chassis without the need for any modifications. AR Chassis The AR chassis is designed to offer its driver durability, customizability and ease of maintenance, all of which are vital ingredients for a successful Mini 4WD racer. Its aerodynamic form smoothly allows air to pass through the chassis interior as the machine runs, performing the vital function of cooling the batteries and motor and extending their effectiveness. Here, the chassis is molded in metallic gray ABS with purple A parts. The underpanel and diffuser can be removed from the model without taking off the body, while a rear skid bar is fitted to slash time loss experienced on tricky slope sections, and keep the racer on the track where it belongs. Features silver color Y-spoke wheels, low-profile tires and a 3.5:1 gear ratio.
